We bring to the table Chef Aida Khan's passion for authentic flavours and traditional recipes from Karachi, Pakistan's most cosmopolitan city. At Shola, we roast and grind our own spices, select the very best ingredients, and take our time to make food that gives a true taste of Karachi in London.
