I popped into this shithole yesterday on Bank Holiday Monday and it was quite busy. I went to the bar and first of all there were not enough staff behind the bar to serve and Queen’s Park Rangers were at home against Norwich. There were lots of fans in drinking so surely they must have experience of the home games being busier? They hadn’t arranged for more staff? Idiots!Eventually I ordered 2 snacks and 2 drinks for myself and my wife. I did notice that people at other tables sitting together were getting their meals at different times, couples and groups. I got my snack and noticed it was wrong but I had been to the gym and needed to eat so ate it and about 20 minutes later my wife still hadn’t received here food. We asked and at the bar I showed my receipt to the barmaid who had taken my order. I asked why my wife’s snack hadn’t come and she said that I never ordered it! I said to her that she had even told me that that particular snack comes with chips! Then she started to talk about the burger I had ordered and I told her that I had not even mentioned a burger never mind ordered it! What was she going on about I asked?! Then I told her that my snack was wrong! Then a manager came to intervene and I asked whether the girl either didn’t understand or she wasn’t listening! I explained the problem and she said that the barmaid was training!I just walked away. Don’t go to this appalling place. Dirty, unpleasant and….well I have no more words to describe this terrible place, service, staff, food! Unbelievable!

Firstly, its self service so you need to go to the counter and order your food stating your table number – this would be fine, only if they had enough waiters to clean tables after customers left.The restaurant was pretty big but 40perc of the tables were full while the remaining tables were just dirty and had not been cleared yet.We chose a spot next to the fire place, it was warm and cozy overlooking the street and shepherds bush station. After asking 3 waiters to clear our table, we finally pushed the leftover plates aside and went to order at the counter.Our food came after 15 minutes – we ordered a burrito and fried chicken strips. Both were terrible. The chicken was probably frozen which they just deep fried and the burrito was super wet and sloppy – also tasteless.Overall, the food was very bad and the service even worse!The orange juice was not fresh and completely diluted.
