Inspired. I am an Australian and used to an extremely high standard of cooking, I have also just spent 6 weeks in Italy were, I can honestly say, I did not have a single bad meal. Regret to say, that because of past experiences, my expectations are always a bit low in the UK but delighted to report that the memory of every negative experience was swept away last night at Graze.superb, knowledgeable service…one of the most exciting, innovative menus I’ve read in a long time, the beautifully served & proportioned food was simple but subtly nuanced, the wine list was terrific, plenty of varity but not cluttered.There is obviously a very thoughful, clever & talented team behind this restaurant & I would happily recommend it to all.
