I don’t normally use trip advisor but in this case I just have to share my experience. Tremendous portions, great price and most of all amazing quality and taste! A lovely family run business with a northern charm. Can’t wait to be back!!
I have been twice recently but disappointed. Fish are tiny all of a sudden, both times and for £4.90 per portion a complete rip off! Next time I fancy a guppy I’ll go to tropical World!!!
Not much to say other than excellent food and staff always greet you with a smile.Only criticism is it gets crowded but that is indicative of the good food.

Excellent quality Fish & Chips. Always freshly cooked, sometimes there is a queue but well worth the wait. This is a take away – there is no cafe/restaurant.
I regularly visit here – great local amenity. First rate fish and chips. Regular queues are the best badge of quality.
