Our menus are changed regularly in keeping with seasonal produce, and we offer a range of popular themed evenings taking place throughout the year. The Mulberry Bistro The Mulberry Bistro is a brand new caf in Burton Town Centre, offering a spacious and relaxing setting to enjoy high quality snacks, meals and drinks. Serving a selection of fresh sandwiches, main meals, cakes and coffee, all food is freshly prepared by Catering & Hospitality students under the close supervision of expert tutors, as they develop professional skills for their future careers. The Mulberry Fine Dining Restaurant is open Lunchtimes Weds-Fri, and Evenings Weds. The Bistro is open weekdays 9am-4pm.
