Over The Top Cornish Pasties are a small. family run business, dedicated to keeping the tradition of handmade, hand crimped, homemade style pasties alive. Our pasties are created using a family recipe, from Wendy Laybourn, that goes back generations and originates from the Truro area of mid Cornwall. Our traditional pasties are made using the finest ingredients, Cornish and from the Tamar valley where possible.They are packed full to their top crimped ridge to create pasties packed with flavour and juices. We also offer exciting and unusual flavours to excite the taste buds as well as an ever growing array of interesting vegetarian and vegan flavours. Fancy a trio of mushroom leek and walnut pasty or a red thai curry one, maybe a spicy beef fajita pasty will do it for you. whatever your taste, chances are our little pasty shop will have something to tempt you, so pop by and see if something takes your fancy
