Really disappointed with one of the waiting staff this afternoon. Very grumpy woman at the counter, rolled her eyes as I asked for coffee with Soya instead of with Milk! What a difficult task it must have been for her to pour some soya milk!! Just very rude for no reason! ruins your experience when staff are being passively aggressive. This place also charges an extra 30p for Soya milk, bizarre and unnecessary considering no other coffee shop i’ve ever been to has ever charged me extra for soya milk! So if you’re lactose intolerant and love your coffees just don’t go here.
