This is a lovely relaxed place that I enjoy visiting. Service is excellent and the perfect place for a pancake of any sort. Its a less pretentious version of other models
if you like a small place, with a relaxed atmosphere and good food this is it. Some customers were on their own with their laptops; others in twos and threes; we were eight, celebrating two Birthdays, and the place worked for all of us. It was open, cheerful, no pressure to move just because you have finished. The food was tasty and filling and the staff relaxed. Just be yourself, and enjoy.
Really disappointed by this place. I wanted to support this local business, and the food was good from previous experience, but an HOUR AND A HALF wait for a galette. They only have 2 hotplates. Waited 45 mins for a watery cappaccino. and they seemed to not care at all, no sorry for the wait. My girlfriend ordered a juice and after chasing it after 45 mins was told the machine had broken. she then ordered a hot chocolate which never arrived, and when she went in to get her money back, had to explain why, as though the guy didnt believe her. I’m happy to wait a bit if ot means I can support a local business but visiting here threw all of our day plans off. NOT RECOMMENDED 🙁
