Got my order wrong – had many special notes due to flatmate allergies. Asked if they could redeliver right and said it would take an hour, so I asked for a refund (already waited an hour). They refused for about 20 minutes so I called their manager (wouldn’t just pass me through). Very awful and rude as well. He also refused saying there were no notes, until I demanded. He then tried to get off with only a partial refund. Am still awaiting an email regarding this refund and nothing has come through yet. Absolutely appalling and avoid at all costs.

Why accept my order and money and why not bother ringing me to explain this. I have been trying for the last 4 days to get hold the manager to get my money back but no luck. Staff not friendly or helpfulll either.
Terrible service. Don’t waste your time! Very rude and unhelpful staff. We first had our delivery confirmed and then got a call back saying they don’t deliver to the area (strange since the delivered their brochure here).
