I’ve visited patty island a few times. The service is fast and friendly and if asked nicely will making meals to your liking. There is plenty of seats and shouldn’t really be a problem for any one looking to dine in. I normally grab the Jerk chicken pattie with coco bread which taste great. Add a bit of cheese in between and it all comes together. The prices are fair and the portion are generous. Definitelty the place to go if you crave a patty
