This won’t be a long review but more straight to the cod. (So bad) anyway as my local fish and chip shop, I’ve given it a 3/5; some may say it’s harsh but I’m not saying it’s bad, just saying I’ve had better at other places! I had Rock & Chips, missus had the classic Cod & Chips; for 7-8 you can have yourself a great fishy meal! Good portion, good price & good service however, much greasier than I’d like, fries weren’t my favourite (can’t put my finger on why) and charged for sauce.. Not cool. We wanted to stay at the chippy but decided to leave as we had Ketchup at home… Success! Deffo will be back to try another fish and you should make your way there too!

They don’t have an alcohol license but you’re welcome to bring your own booze AND they even offer gluten free batter! emmarosetully.com
Gluten free and well-sourced fish! This is a great take away. Haven’t tried the actual restaurant, but if you’d like to grab a decent fish n’ chips – this is it!
