I’d describe this place as one of the most friendly in Canterbury. Starting with the warm welcome, the staff are friendly and chatty.We were seated in the back which is the area where they give you table service.the waiter was rushed off his feet but he didn’t forget about us and let us know the food was going to take longer than normal due to the big group that had just arrived. It didn’t matter as see had all afternoon!The house speciality pies are amazing. I had the beer and red wine, tender and cooked to perfection whilst my vegan friend had the vegan Lentil Cottage pie. Both delicious!Prices are reasonable. Quality amazing. We will return!
