We stayed for a total of 116mins, to meet and greet parents, etc.. But have just received a 100 ‘Parking Charge Notice’ from MET, because they only allow 90mins of free parking.So Krispy Kreme – why put on kids parties for 90mins – but then only allow 90mins free parking, A very underhand con.Apparently its private land, and I have 14 days to pay, presumably MET Parking are working on behalf of or in tandem with Krispy Kreme. The free parking apparently allowed is for 90mins only, go beyond that and you’ll be charged 100.No ticket – just a letter through the door.Chris
I love visiting the Krispy Kreme Factory! Shame it’s so far out of the city! I really enjoy watching the doughnuts being made 🙂 and of course eating them! At my local Krispy Kreme Factory in Canada, they have a gigantic red light on the outside of the building, and whenever they turn this big red light on – everyone inside the shop gets a free doughnut!! This location defiantly needs to incorporate that system!! Also I’ve noticed that the UK Krispy Kreme’s don’t have my favorite doughnut flavor!! It’s an original with creme filling! Ive never been able to find one! I can always find custard filled but no creme! Let me know if anyone finds this flavor!
