Sadly the former Aitch’s in Buxton Road closed about 15 years ago. It used to be the hub of Bakewell society. It is now an antiques centre. Our grumpy friend who left the adjacent review must have been somewhere else.
The first thing a restaurant ought to be is clean. The second is ordered and organised. The third is to have staff who know how to greet customers. As all three requirements failed miserably, I didn’t eat here. Why would you?
