Dirty ChefLast Monday me and my friend went to bar gansa for a lunch.when we eating we describe a old man at least 3 times he in and out .we asked to waitress who is this guy she told us he is main chef.we shocked.How it is possible.He isn’t clean.He wear dirty uniform,too old ,unshave.I’m also shocked how he make a clean food if he is not cleanvery shame.unclean chef makes our food
paella was undercooked. rice was hard. other meals were greasy mush. salad was just lettuce, croutons & mayo. seats uncomfortable. live music is only 4 songs. singer can’t sing. flamenco dancer is ok. ordered drinks 3 times. food was double it was advertised on her website. overpriced. plus there’s a 12.5% gratuity charge. tourist trap.
I have been visiting this place for over 15 years now…i was cool then and it is cool now. The interior changed a couple of times and never too dramatically, but the vibe and the atmosphere remained. I love it here, the coffee, the cocktails, the staff…Camden rocks as allways 🙂
