I recently visited this place and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. There was no one to take notice of us even when the whole place was empty. The service was quite slow and the staff was indifferent as well. The food was quite decent but the service was so bad that it put us off totally. I would never go back to this place again.
This restaurant serves really nice sushi, and at very economical prices. The fish and other ingredients are all nice and fresh, and the sushi has been executed very well. The sushi tastes delicious, and gives excellent value for money. It is not the best sushi place of the city, but certainly decent enough and worth visiting.
I recently tried this place and was a little disappointed with it’s lukewarm service. I had to wait for my food for more than one hour post my order which was quite annoying. On top of this, the food came cold. Although the food was pretty delicious but the bad service spoiled the whole mood. The food is pretty expensive as well. All in all it can be a decent experience if these guys work on the service.
The food at this Japanese restaurant is consistently delicious.the service is swift and the staff is friendly.The noodle soup is a must try!The portions are generous and the prices are low.The restaurant is very small for the crowd it gathers.It is quite popular and very crowded during the lunch timings.
This place has disappointed me quite a few times and still I thought of trying it’s service this weekend, only to be disappointed yet again. The service is extraordinarily slow and they never delivered before one and a half hours before order. Not that they are the only place which offers good sushi, still they have a painstakingly slow service. On top of it, the sushi is quite expensive as well. So instead of going for this place, I recommend to try other options in the city.
Probably the worst sushi in the area. My friend had a bone in his salmon sashimi. Low quality considering the price.
Tasty food non existent service. I have to agree with the previous reviewer the service is terrible I think we had the same staff. The only positive about this place is the food is delicious but not enough of a reason to return again. I want to have a good time when I go out and I expect someone who’s job it is to take my order correctly and bring everything ordered to the table to do that, I don’t think I should have to keep going up to the till to ask the staff where missing food is and could I have a drink and could I order something else!! and expect gratuity. The food is expensive and the portions small but the food is fantastic so if you don’t mind some of the worst service in London perhaps it might be your thing. Personally I think for the price they could at least employ some decent staff who don’t just sit behind the till ignoring their customers.
