Great for when you’re in even numbers or fancy an extra cocktail all to yourself :)We were recommended the Lychee Collins, which was served in a tall glass with lots of ice but was quite refreshing.Although they took quite a while to arrive, the chips were tasty but a little on the salty side but you a great a decent portion for 3.50. With a bustling but comfy atmosphere, it gets quite busy on a Friday night so make sure to book a table early. makebaketravel.blogspot.com
Bar Fifty Five is a pretty run of the mill cocktail bar on the surface, but it’s slightly ahead of the competition when it really comes down to it. Dimly lit, quite loud and pretty expensive, its saving graces are its excellent Happy Hour (two for one cocktails every day of the week) and the lively clientele who love nothing more than dancing and having a good time. Fifty-Five also prides itself on its ingredients and the quality of its cocktails, which I have to admit shines through. Beware: with the combinations they can rustle up, you will get drunk *extremely quickly*.
