The first time I came here, we got a complimentary bourbon tasting in the bar upstairs with an incredibly knowledgeable bartender, which was fantastic fun! We then had dinner in the restaurant downstairs – great food, but the service was very slow. Fine if you’re not in a hurry.Highly recommend the chicken and waffles :)Great when the weather is nice, as they open out the front bit and make it al fresco. theswindian.com
Nice decor and atmosphere. Staff are very unprofessional, according to one staff they have every tea you desire. (Not entirely sure that’s true). When asked what the coffee is like? Not the best, but it’s coffee. Flat white looked like a latte and served in a short glass which was too hot to handle. Overly priced, poor quality waffles for brunch. Something we could easily mimic at home. A full round waffle with 4 thin strips of grilled bacon was supposedly be crispy with maple syrup. The southern fried chicken on waffles topped with maple syrup was unusual, but it turned out to be 3 pieces of old oil fried chicken from the chicken shop round the corner, on half of a round waffle for nearly 10!!!! On top of all that, our table was cleared and bill was served by this waitress who had an nasty attitude!!!
The pork ribs and the sticky hen wings here are pretty good as I had a few takeaways from this place. I’ve heard the beer that they serve is spectacular. I’d recommend anyone to go for it
Went to Q for a girls’ night out and had a fairly good time. The starters were excellent, particularly the cornbread waffles & the butterfish. Cocktails were good, but a little pricey for the work and flavours involved. My main, grilled buttermilk chicken with blue cheese, was overcooked and rather dry; the Parmesan truffled fries were yummy. Service was friendly but slow, felt like perhaps there weren’t quite enough people on the floor. countrymouseclaire.com
Not a bad BBQ place in Camden. Has a lot of different meats. Food is really nice. Recommend a sharing board. Food as good as Bodean’s but is still good
A friday evening family dinner at the Q Grill. After fumbling with the online parking payment in Camden, the reception and ambience inside the Q Grill was welcoming. The aroma of the grill and rustic decor set a perfect evening. We ordered a nice bottle of Argentinian Malbec and decided on the largest sharing board on menu which included a full rack of pork ribs, that was delicious. The 10oz prime rib eye was medium rare to perfection and quickly vanished. A half back yard barbecue chicken took longer to disappear. Pepper rubbed Louisiana short rib was also good but the crispy pickles was too soaked in oil. All in all a good experience and nice food. Will go again.
Love Love Love!!!!. Let me just start off by thanking Q grill! I will never step foot in a TGIs again lol!!!I had the Louisiana Short ribs with sweet potato mash and it was heaven!!! My friend had the southern fried fish which i nicked a bit of when she went to the loo and i can assure you that was amazing too. This is by far the best place i’ve eaten this year and i am definitely returning
