Will definitely head to bucks head when visiting Camden Town soon. The Strawberry Daiquiri and Pina colada are a must try. For ten pounds you get any two cocktails of your choice!
I often think about this place as a poor man’s Hawley Arms, where everything is similar, but lacking a certain lustre. Rather than being stylish, it comes across as a little garish. However, let’s not get stuck on superficialities. The beer choices are adequate as is the food, if a little pricey for what it is. My favourite thing about this place is the secluded roof terrace in the back, which is actually very intimate and relaxing once you find your way out there. A good place for some chilled afternoon drinking before an evening spent somewhere else in the Camden area.
