About
Baxters Tearoom is a brand new, family-run business based on Baxter Gate in Loughborough. The traditionally English Tearoom has a menu dedicated to everything homemade and local wherever possible. There is a ground floor walk-in coffee shop, a Vintage Tearoom on the first floor which can be booked for private events such as afternoon tea with friends, baby showers, Christenings, etc. and, coming soon, two rooms on the third floor which can be booked for corporate events such as training, business meetings and conferences. The refurbishment has only taken 8 weeks but the transformation is astonishing. David & Julie have created a lovely modern space whilst retaining many of the original features. The dcor is fresh, light and bright with pretty vintage styling and home from home touches throughout which both compliments the age and style of the 1920s building and creates an atmosphere which is very warm and welcoming.Details

I have had many breakfasts in my life but this place beats any place I have been to for food and service,jo,leane,Jenny and all the staff are absolutely lovely,my highlight of the day is visiting this place.
Best veggie brekkie I think I’ve ever had! Lovely cafe serving local produce. Those who had the Baxter’s brekkie also enjoyed their meat option. Small family group of us wanted a nice low key brekkie – couldn’t have made a better choice. Top notch!
