This restaurant has a fresh and quirky feel with its eclectic mix of furniture and minty colour palette. Some design features, such as the patterned tiled floor, take direct reference from original architectural details. The buildings former use as an auction house; provided an exciting starting point for the restaurants artwork. Playful oil paintings commissioned especially for the project depict imaginary auction lots and are mixed with illustrations of an auctioneer, his assistant and crowds of buyers. These are displayed with photographs of the local area that have an almost Instagram aesthetic.
