  Let me start by saying that I have been visiting London’s restaurants for the past 20 years in my life and I haven’t found such a terrible restaurant like caramel. Just to let you know, I’m a foodie with significant experience in fine dining restaurants around the globe, so I am not a troll. First of all, a restaurant is an experience; it is not just about the food. It is about the service, the ambience, the atmosphere and THEN comes the food. Regarding the first aspect I mentioned, the service was horrible in every different way. The waiters and the managers in the restaurant were absolutely foul and rude to us. I thought that those people’s jobs were to do anything to please the customer for the business to thrive. I guess its different in 2018 with all those stupid businesses popping out. Anyways, so whenever I ask someone who works in the restaurant to check if the food is ready and whatnot, I shall receive some rolling eyes and an attitude? I’m sorry but if I’m paying for your salary, you better respect me! I am going to say this again; Caramel is the worst restaurant I have ever set foot in London, in fact, the whole world!And regarding the food, meh. It was just like the people working there: below average. Honestly, if you want to go there to get your mood screwed up, then go there. I’ll be there laughing when your business fails, Caramel.

  Nice setting with excellent decor, food was good but mains good of been better. TNT shrimp starters and chicken lollipops were definitely the best of the bunch. Service is slow which let it down slightly however would go again
