Food is getting worse over time really. The salads have less and less ingredients and even the burger which used to thick and juicy is now thinner and dryer. The only plus to this place is the outdoor area on a sunny day. Good for drinks but definitely not food.

Cozy small place with an outdoor area great for afternoon tea. Yummy bites with every afternoon tea formula and very affordable too, compared to other similar places in London.

We were lucky enough to have a stunning summers day in London and Gallery Mess has a wonderful amount of seating outside in the sun. The service was friendly but a bit slow. I’m assuming this was due to the large amount of full tables on a busy Saturday lunch time. The food however was well prepared and very tasty. I had the fish and chips with mushy peas. Generally I am not a fan of mushy peas as I don’t quite like the texture and find them too sweet. However, these peas were super yum. Not too much, more just crushed with some mint, salt, pepper and lemon. The fish was fried crispy and so were the chips. Gallery Mess also have a delicious looking super food salad which I will have to try if I get a chance to go again. All in all, it’s a good place to stop for a nice lunch between gallery browsing and shopping in Sloane Square.

Delicious food great for a light lunch. I love sitting out doors in the summer and it’s nice and quite away from the main road. Good wine selection

Enjoyed a really good Sunday lunch here with friends and the mini me. Reservations were straight fwd through the website inc asking for a high chair. Not a huge menu but something for everyone from fish to pork belly to veggie pasta. Breakfast as well through the day as well. Service was attentive and plenty to take in with the surroundings. 140 for 4 adults and one baby. Inc 1 bottle of red.
