This was a pleasant surprise. We got hungry and stumbled upon this place almost accidentally! We ordered some olives, bread and burrata to start. The olives were very tasty, but the burrata was the star of the appetizer show! Very creamy and with excellent taste, and served unusually on a bed of prosciutto .For the mains we got 2 pasta dishes: ravioli stuffed with pumpkin + parpadela with wild hog beef! Both were very good!We also accompanied that with a bottle of pinot grigio. For the desert we enjoyed a pretty tasty tiramisu.Total bill for 2 of us was 55.All in all good italian restaurant and will recommend you try it if you’re in the neighborhood!Stay hungry my friends!

We really enjoyed our lunch in the buzzing outside area in the sun under the umbrellas watching people go by The menu is exciting and my seared tuna salad was so refreshing and delicious
Mr S and I had come down to the King’s Road at the weekend to pick up any last minute new shoes / dresses / bikinis necessities for our trip to South Africa. Honestly, I was so excited for our trip that I was nearly bursting at the seams. I have a countdown app on my phone that I looked at everyday, as well as checking the weather for our destination and looking at the different hotel websites about 500 times!I’d booked Manicomio for our shopping day owing to it’s perfect location, the calm oasis that is Duke of York Square, plus I fancied Italian food. For starter, Mr S chose smoked tuna which was delicious, light and not overly salty. No, for once that’s not salmon that you see, but a trout crudo served with a Sardinian flatbread topped with smoked aubergine, it was my favourite of the two starters. silverspoonlondon.co.uk
