Too expensive for what it is. They charged me 8 for the amount of duck you see in the picture. It barely filled 2 pan cakes. With all rudeness they give you 6 pan cakes too. Never again
This is the place to go to when you are down, depressed or feeling cold. There is nothing better at a time like this, than a huge bowl of hot noodles with crispy greens and prawns or chicken. All the noodles are made in house, and there is a selection of dumplings and meat in broth. It is not haute cuisine, but the portions are huge and the prices are decent.
Wondering around Chelsea I came across this noddle place. Advertising home made noddles & MSG free food I eagerly stepped in. The decor is minimalist, the service swift. We ordered the chilli squid & pork dumplings to start, the squid was crunchy & fresh tasting without being over cooked, the dumplings perfectly steamed & packed with flavour. I opted for the chae Mae noddles with chicken, beef & prawns for main. The noddles were lovely, soft & comforting without being to starchy, a nice flavour with a generous amount of sauce without being greasy. The portions are huge we only ate about half of our mains. This is a good place, not a destination restaurant but if your in the area check it out.
Really generous portion for a main meal. I had their seafood noodles and I actually couldn’t finish it. The noodles were lovely and juicy, but the seafood itself was not particularly good, and a bit too chewy. The service was speedy and friendly.
Bad Waiter. Was going to order dinner here put the young male waiter put me off with his attitude. So I left without ordering. Plenty of other places want my money.
I used to work on the kings road and would always pop into this little gem for lunch. Service was outstanding and the good; some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I would highly recommend the dumplings in soup base and also the Singapore style noodles.
Great natural food!. Love that they make their own noodles at this place, and this is also the only Chinese place I’ve ever visited that doesn’t add flavour enhancers or msg to their food.Great wholesome home cooking at ridiculously low prices. Go here instead of Chinatown!
