Did our second masterclass today. Sausage ragu with tagliatelle. Maria was amazing, especially with my 11 year old daughter!
Disappointed – we wanted a light lunch – we chose the Meat & Cheese Platter for two – what it contained was good, but it wasn’t worth the £20 we paid – no Italian bread just one and a half rounds of toast !!!
