This bar was full alive when we walked in. A great crowd with a great variety of menu. Nice music and they also teach salsa on the dance floor.Flavour we will love, as an Indian I loved the taste.Ambience is nice and big crowd. Service was good.Would love to go back again and this time learn some salsa moves.Must try:Sweet potato fries and the cocktails
After dinner in the neighbourhood, my friends and I decided it was much too early to head home and walked over to the Bar Soho which was piping out some oldies but goodies with Looney Tunes on the screens. It was a Sunday evening but the bar was filled with people mingling, dancing and drinking.MUSIC: The music was loud but not too loud where we could not hear each other; lots of oldies from the past decade.DRINKS: A white wine averaged about 4,50 (175ml) and I payed 25 for 5 shots of rum (seemed pretty high to me).DOOR SECURITY: The doorman requires you to show ID upon entry. He did accept my friend’s uni card as proof of age when she did not have anything else on her so big thank you to the door man.CROWD: Friendly, not terribly drunk or rude; no hint of poshnessBATHROOM: downstairs with an attendant handing out candy; clean but lots of writing on the walls in a grungy sort of way thejoyousliving.com
I went for a crazy night with my friends and i liked so much so i booked a table for my birthday , i had an amazing birthday cake , lovely decoration and a really helpful staff. The location is really cool , the giant porno martini glass is the right way for start the night….and if is in the happy hour time better u can enjoy 2 with the price of 1…..I advice the place for one night out or just for a drink in Central London , for sure is not a place for posh or fussy people.
Keep coming back for more…. I found this place with some collegues after work on a thursday last month, their happy hour starts at around the same time we finish work and eds when we have had enough to go home merry! Great service, Prices and atmosphere. We now return most Thursday and Fridays!
Favourite Bar in London. This is my favourite bar in London!! It’s located on Old Compton Street which attracts a great/interesting mix of people. The happy hour drink specials get you well on your way for a good night out!! I highly recommend this bar.
