I was beyond excited to hear of Brgr.Cos collaboration with @halalfoodlondon. I dont eat chicken so finding a casual burger place in Tottenham/Russel Square area that offers high-quality halal beef/lamb is challenging. The collaboration halal wagyu burger is phenomenal. The bun is extremely soft. The meat succulent. The cheese on top of the patty along with the sauce complementing everything else. This burger was everything I was looking for and couldnt find. The cheese fries sets the threshold of how cheese-fries should be served. The shredded-cheese melting on top of the fries was something Ive never seen before. The fries itself was fried to crispness. The Mac and cheese was so cheesy and the penne pasta was cooked just right. However, I wouldnt have it with a burger again because its just too heavy. Every time we came the food a really long time to come, but the waiting time was forgiven. The staff were always sociable, friendly and welcoming.*Their food is really heavy, so come with an empty stomach!Bottom line: I highly recommend!
Overpriced. The meat is of good quality but everything else is neglected. From the soggy buns to the subpar chips. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price.
Popped in for a quick lunch burger. Really good service and a great tasting burger – the bun was an equal hero to the patty. Would recommend giving it a bash.
An average burger place located near Oxford Circus station. The burgers are small (6oz) and the the buns are handmade. Although the sides were really good but I’d suggest if you like handmade burgers go to Stax diner located in kingly court nearby.Recommendation – tried the chilli burger with hanger steak, the rump steak burger & chicken breast fillet burger ( all were average )The sweet potato fries and cheese fries were quite good though.Halal- only chicken is halal.
Just off Oxford St in Soho is one of twoBRGR joints. A burger restaurant that is not like the typicalfast food burger places in the neighbourhood. On the night I visited it was very busy. There is a bar and seating in the front with another dining area out the back. The menu ismainly made up ofburger andhotdog offerings, sides are ordered separately. I chose chilli fries (my new favourite comfort food)with lashings of cheesy sauce. My burger was fully-loaded and cooked well, although my companionwasnt so sure, and the chilli fries were really good. The desserts are pretty standard, ice-cream sundae with smarties, chocolate brownie with ice-cream etc etc. If you want somewhere to hole-up in between bouts of shopping for a bit then this is a good option. msfoodblogger.com
