50 Days of Albert Adria, short run by this famous chef at the cafe royal. Snacks and cocktails in the Oscar Wilde Bar, then on to the Domino for the main event. 10 course of absolute wonder, everything perfectly presented and flavoured. Probably some of the best food I’ve eaten to date. I would go again in a heartbeat if it weren’t fully sold out. If you get a chance to eat anything by this man, do! I was so impressed with the whole event I forgot to take photos, but have attached a few.
