Scott Hallsworth was head chef of Nobu in Park Lane, London for six years. Then he went and opened Nobu Melbourne in his native Australia. He then came back to London and created Kurobuta restaurants - sadly, he was defrauded by a business partner which resulted in his incredible new venture which is Freak Scene. With a tapas bar layout, a killer cocktail, sake, wine and beer list; Freak Scene is all about south East Asian tapas plates to share. The Freak Scene bar is open until 1:30am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
