I have just ordered a takeaway portion of roast duck and soya chicken rice, as a first time tryer I expected a standard double roast with rice. However, as an Asian that did not speak to them in Chinese, they took advantage of this and expected I did not know better.I saw them packing up a roast duck with rice portion for another customer, which I could see was in a long container and had some veg on the side. I then ordered and they charged me 8.70, which I didnt think anything of, and gave me what looked like a very small box, which is usually given for a small rice portion. I did not check what they had given me as I was rushing home and thought maybe the box was full of an adequate amount of roast meats & rice & some veg, as this is whats expected when ordering a double roast, and also what I saw was given to the other Asian customer (who spoke to them in chinese). However, when I opened the box there were 2 pieces of chicken along with a chicken wing chopped in half, and 3 tiny pieces of duck. I ate it anyway as I had already travelled all the way home, but I was furious as I saw that they had given the other customer a full large box of rice and meat. I then looked up the menu online, and it seems as though a double roast with rice only costs 6.50, so not only did they give me a ridiculously small portion, they also overcharged me. The staff that served me were two young boys that looked like students. I feel discriminated and scammed. Do not visit here if you dont speak chinese, they will scam you and assume you dont know better. I will be visiting again just to complain in person.

The worst order was stir fried noodles with Roast duck, I threw the whole thing, it was that bad. Rice with Duck and Pork were edible. Have nothing more to say about this place. Just a cheap place.

Roast duck wasn’t too fatty, green veg done well, but the reason I specifically went there was for the lobster dish.Their posters inside advertise a special deal for lobster noodles. I went specifically to try this because my (Chinese) mother and uncle both recommended it. For 16.80 you get a whole lobster cooked well, very tasty, on a bed of noodles which soak up the sauce and juices perfectly.The portions were very generous, and the quality of cooking good. For the amount of lobster served, the price is very good value for money.The building looks a little run-down, but it’s clean inside despite what others have claimed. Even the toilets were clean.Go and try the lobster… you won’t regret it!
Don’t go here. This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. i went here with a few friends and 2 minutes after ordering our meals came out. The quality was low on average but the pork meal I ordered was unedible. I told the waiter that I wasn’t happy with this meal and he began to ignore me. I had to question him 2 more times and his reaction was to call a security man to stand behind me to tell me that because I had tried it I therefore had to pay for it. There was no discussion and I left with a security man following me out. i have NEVER had this kind of treatment in a restaurant and urge you not to take your chances.
Bad Experience. Ended up in this Restaurant last night!!! All I can say is it was probably the worst experience iv had in a restaurant. The staff are very very very very rude. You get the feeling they want to get you in and out as quick as possible. My friend had sweet and sour pork which was honestly the worst thing I have ever tasted, when he said he wasn’t going to pay for the dish the waiter decided to get the bouncer to are table to ensure we payed up!! Stay well away from this restaurant!
