Had stumbled upon this restaurant while walking across Soho in search for some staple food ( i.e a good burger) and oh boy we realized what a goldmine we had hit.Their signature burgers were just too good – especially the veg burger with Halumi is a must try.Bonus – we got a chance to see Candice Swanepoel walk by !!
Went here with a friend after looking for a restaurant for ages and got seated quickly and served quickly. Incredible food. The burgers were to die for. I could go here again and eat till I couldnt eat anymore. The chilli cheese fries were incredible, with actual cheese and beautifully cooked meat. Although its just a tiny nook in Soho, its just incredible and I would go here again and again!
Absolutely love love love this place! As soon as you enter, you feel like you are in Hawaii! The dcor and ambience of the restaurant is wonderful! Love how there are small, separate cabin huts available for seating. Staff is super friendly, as well, and their prices are affordable. The only downside would be that it gets a little cramped inside when there is a crowd as the area is small. I would recommend the ALT Burger with their Sweet Potato Fries; their fries are one of the best I have had. Also am a big fan of their milkshakes. thatkenyanwanderer.wordpress.com
Mine and my partners favourite place to go and have lunch. We go there ATLEAST once a month. The staff there are super friendly and the restaurant itself is warm and cozy. I wish the restaurant was a little bigger though coz when it gets packed it gets a little cramped. Other than that I can’t fault this place.
Once you get in here. You will be transported to hawaii, You only miss the flowers neckless. The space is really cozy and warm, the staff is kind and helpful and the food is great. There is only one thing, the diference between the two burguer sizes is very small s the smallest one is the better choise. They also have great artesanal beer, with fresh and fruty flavours.
I love Kua’Aina and aways go for the teriyaki chicken and pineapple sandwich on wholemeal bread, it’s so good! The chicken is juicy and the portion is generous. This time I tried the sweet potato fries, and was surprised to find they were salted – which was actually pretty tasty! Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. My only criticism is how cramped it is inside.
What a terrible ordeal!. The menu looks great and the food looks delicious, but moments after we got the food on our table we were harassed by a gang of thieves who began to touch our food and then ran off with my brand new iPhone 5! The restaurant manager called the police for us, but he also said that this is a well-known tactic. So if he already knew that his customers risk being harassed, assaulted and robbed while visiting his restaurant, why did he let this happen? In fact, he told us that the restaurant’s CCTV cameras do not even cover the area where we were seated, that his insurance does not cover such incidents and that he takes no responsibility for the safety and integrity of his customers or their belongings!STAY AWAY, this place is not safe!
