Went to Little Italy for dinner and of course we ordered pizza. Both were super yummy. We also ordered a ravioli dish and we were surprised that the pasta is freshly done every morning.We will definitely come back!
I arrived to have a drink with some friends and all the following happened:First of all, it is one of the most expensive places in London for the worst kind of alcohol, I paid 36 for 3 shots of tequila.I was expecting to receive the best services as soon as I spent that amount of money but this was not the case; the toilets were disgusting, lack of toilet paper and soap to wash your hands, loads of used tissues on the floor. There was also no light in one of the toilets and two doors wouldnt lock. I decided to make a formal complaint and surprisingly they said they dont provide formal complaint forms for the customers and you have to communicate by email, which I insisted its ilegal and so asked for the complaint form to different staff members.Service was poor, quality was terrible and the prices very high according to the services. The Bartenders were rude, didnt let me pay and decided that my partner had to pay for me. As well as the same bartender then laughing at me when I asked for the consent form.
