Excellent election, highy affordable and on par and perhaps better than any 5 star restaurant in the city. I threw a dart at the menu and each dish was spot on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PLACE !!

In the spirit of Chinese New Year we were looking for a place to eat Chinese food despite the crowds and the madness. As my primary goal was to find a set menu with aromatic duck we pretty much went for the first place that had it and did not have another 20 people queuing outside. Luckily this had one table left so we grabbed it (and then 20 people queued outside). Timing is everything.Anyway, let’s talk about the food. The mixed starter was pretty good although the ribs need hands (or a chopstick miracle) which can get a little bit messy. The aromatic duck was awesome although we could have done with a few more veggies for the wraps. But, as it’s one of my favourite dishes, I was happy. Then we had 3 mains, chicken, sweet and sour prawns and stir fried veggies with egg fried rice. The rice was ok, the veggies and the chicken very juicy and yummy but the star was definitely the prawns. I could eat loads of them! The service was very quick and efficient, I assume they were focusing on getting people in and out as quickly as possible (not rushing them, just not making anybody wait) and the waitresses were very polite. The patrons were mixed, couples, families, tourists and Chinese people; it’s clearly a place that caters for everyone which is to be expected. In general, while I don’t think the place stands out as a unique experience I think it operates at a good standard and it’s great for when you are looking for a place to sit down quickly and eat without any fuss. darcrose22albionadventures.blogspot.com

I come from a city were amazing Asian cuisine is abundant, so moving to England & for many months I was trying to find some decent dim sum but even that was proving difficult (not to mention it’s hard to find evening dumplings that’s not Ping Pong Blerghkk!). This is the first place I found some actual good dim sum and I will definitely return! Good price, flavourful and was fresh when I attended! However don’t expect to be impressed by the waiters, they want you in and out, but one lady did let me order dim sum when service had stopped, so I’m thankful for that. Will definitely be returning, go for the dim sum but don’t have expectation for anything else.

I don’t even know where to start. The waiter who served us was the rudest person I’ve ever come across and he was leathered. This is probably one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to and I suggest if you don’t want to be insulted and treated like crap, don’t ever go to this place. The food was below average and disgusting.

You wouldnt expect this restaurant to be amazing, until you go inside & try it. I was searching chinatown, trying to decide which restaurant to choose. It was a long search but this place grabbed my attention. Its not grand or luxurious from the outside but it gets better when you enter. I ordered the fried noodles singapore style… absolutely delicious. I was dreading it at first as many establishments have different spice pallets, some sprinkle the spice. Whilst others get carried away, or a bit too generous. This restaurant got it just right. The dish’s flavour wasnt overpowered by spice, wasnt ruined by too much vegetables. My very fussy girlfriend loved her dish too (fried noodles with sea food) which is a very good sign.Great place, great dishes. Also very reasonable prices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Well, I guess that normal is a good word to discribe the restaurant. By normal I mean that quality/price is fair.
