Caught me by surprise. While visiting relatives in Liverpool, we went to New China for a dimsum brunch. They offered a good selection of dimsum, and the taste and quality were acceptable. Servers were friendly.There’re room for improvement, of course. Char-Sui Bao (steamed and baked) were served at room temperature, they’re not hot enough. My cousins complained they over-used MSG.
