Fantastic and truly authentic Indian food… Pilau is my go to place whenever I crave food from back home. The portions are large with great. I can vouch for their paneer and the totally divine mango lassi. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Total value for money plus everytime you eat it feeds a child back home, such a noble thought.. Keep up the good work team Pilau .. Cheers ??
Pilau will always be associated with my Dado’s amazing cooking but when I came across the pictures of the street food pilau restaurant I couldn’t resist and had to give it a try. I ordered the rice bowl, lamb meat with marrow with salad, chillis, slaw and shaving on top. I have to say it’s not like a traditional pilau dish but as a meat dish with rice it’s pretty amazing! The meat was tender which is a great plus. They have a meal deal offer for drink, bowl and naan balls = 8 which is great. The large portion is good enough for two people or two helpings
