Everyone was ‘meh’ or even below a rating of 3.0 since it wasn’t considered ‘good’ or authentic japanese cuisine. Next time when you go, just go for theFoie gras rice like everyone does. It was definitely one of the best dishes you will have tried. Considering the foie gras, 25 pounds was worth it for a typical restaurant around soho
The foie gras rice bowl was not as good as I have expected. Not particularly good value for money, but acceptable quality for Japanese food in Europe. Service was okay – staff were nice but very careless. Got given the bill when we had only just finished our starters!! It felt like they were rushing us even though we had booked beforehandAlso, the tables were close enough you can hear others’ conversations without trying. Don’t think we’ll be coming back again.
