One of the best restaurants I had the opportunity to visit whilst I was living in London. Went there with my father and stepmother, who were visiting the country for the first time. At first, I was a bit reluctant to try it as it seemed a bit expensive. But then we tried the food and it is delicious. It is well served, tasty and fresh. Also, the staff is amazing, always willing to explain you all the dishes and wines they have. Great option if you are around Soho and you want to try food from abroad! possoserajoana.blogs.sapo.pt
Tuscanic is about quality! They get all their cured meats, cheeses, bread etc etc directly from Tuscany and knowing few of theirs suppliers I can say that you can’t find any better quality in London! So just try Tuscanic, unique concept, the only one in London that can make you taste the real flavour of the Tuscan cousins! Congratulation Tuscanic! Keep up with the excellent work!
I stumbled across this gem after having drinks with new friends. The service was impeccable and the food – wow! Having spent some time in Tuscany I have always craved the fresh taste that epitomises Tuscan cooking and Tuscanic has it! I started with aubergines and had the Tuscanic burger for mains. Both were an explosion of fresh tastes. I can’t wait to come back to experience more of what is on the menu.
Selection of cured meats and cheeses served on a wooden tray plus focaccia and breadsticks. It was a good choice for me and my friend. Really enjoyed the meal. But unfortunately tiramisu I chose was fake. Nice though but still fake and didn’t meet my expectations. It was just a double cream plus cantucci plus cocoa and that’s it. I found it weird that they used cantucci instead of sponge fingers. The place is so tiny with folksy design but really cozy and I felt sooo good being there. Pasta, olive oil jars full of tomatoes etc. everything was displayed on walls so big plus for that. Staff was helpful and chatty but not interrupting at all.
From outside, nothing special. Inside your taste buds get surprised. It’s a great spot to know as soho is always so crowded and most places need a couple hours queue before you get in, so a very decent back up plan!
I was just passing by this place when the decorarion called my attention. I entered and asked for an expresso and the service was very welcoming. The expresso was amazing, the best i had in London during my short stay and made me curious to come back and taste the food in the future.
