Although the restaurant was empty apart from us, the food was very good. A wide variety available on the menu and the mixed tandoori grill was both tasty and plentiful. I would happily dine here again.

Excellent service, beautiful decor. We particularly liked the pappadam, tandoori lamb chops, and aloo saag. The warm hand cloths at the end were a nice touch! Glad we stopped here on our trip.
Our first visit tonight to Akash. Food was fab, very fresh, (especially great prawn korma!) and service was excellent. It’s BYO, so we did. Very nice interior having recently been refurbished. Not quite sure how we’ve missed this place previously but definitely recommend!
Faboulosly welcoming staff. Excellent service, superb food and excellent value. We have been regular clients of this newly refurbished establishment for over 30 years.
