  For a local place it has a good selection for Sisha and even though i do not smoke i do go with people who do and its a nice relaxing place with lots of space and never too crowded.Friendly staff and try to help as best they canFood however is nothing special so i would say mainly a place for Sisha and some snacks. m3jal.com

  I was their customer last for 2,5 years, until yesterday! We were 3 people in total.And the third person (never) does not smoke,thats why we ordered only one shisha.However long waiter tried to charge us 2 shisha fees and said ‘ rule!’ which is ridiculous. Why did not you charge us in 2,5 years when we were 3 or 4 ppl and only order 1 shisha??! We would also order drinks and other thingz as well. When he tried to charge double shisha fee than i left from shisha shop and i never visit you again! Never ever! You lost a regular customer. It does not value for to come from outside London. (the person was me who was came from outside London) I found an Alternative and more friendly shisha cafe at Haringey yesterday. After this rude and unfriendly conversation, no more El Bazaar.

  We went to El Bazaar today with my 2 friends we all ordered chicken wrap, the wrap was so oily and the taste was absolutely DISCOUSTING! I lost my appetite after the first small bite.. I called the waiter and told her that I don’t want this wrap because it’s oily and it doesn’t taste nice. I said that I don’t want anything else because I lost my appetite and she took the wrap but she said that I can only exchange it for something else. She offered me a falafel wrap. Well I didn’t argue but when she brought me the falafel wrap I was disappointed. It was so dry, she didn’t even offer any sauce with it. After two bites I left it. Then when the shisha came we thought it would be nice as she offered it to us (mint-lemon-blueberries) it was ment to be soft and tasty but it was rough and tasteless after 2 min. We were so upset.. We asked politely for the bill. But there was one more surprise.. They gave us the wrong change. Cant believe.. I’m definitely never comming there again!

  I don’t think I have ever had a worst experience in my life as the one from this place. We went there in the summer with 3 other friends to have few drinks and we stayed inside because if you don’t want shisha you cannot be outside on the terrace. Never mind, we had some cakes, moroccan tea and I ordered an ice cream. The ice cream had such a nice description as I couldn’t wait to try. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed as the ice cream looked more like a milkshake than what I asked for. Politely, I said to the waiter that I don’t want to pay 6 for a melted ice cream and he took it back to the bar. Not long after, the guy behind the bar start shouting at the waiter really bad that I had to interfere and explain him I refused to have the ice cream and it’s not the waiter’s fault. The guy from the bar start shouting at me saying that is nothing wrong with the ice cream and it was melted because it was hot outside and now that is in the cup I have to pay for it and I can’t do anything about it as he is the owner and I have to pay even if I don’t eat it. That was so agressiv and loud that no matter how much I explained that he has no customer service whatsoever and he’s being very rude and I shouldn’t pay for something which is not as described, he continued shouting at me. Such a horrible feeling only when I think of it. Definitely never going back there and I highly advice people to think twice because if the owner is treating his clients like that clearly is something wrong with that place and I don’t even want to think how the staff is treated.

  I am a big shisha fan matter of fact I went to 8 different shisha places this month.So here we go we got there very attentive got us a place quickly.When the guy came for the order I started with tea but was abruptly interrupted and told to give my shisha order first ok. Rude! But never mind ordered a papaya and apple shishs with ice pipe for about 20gbp a bit steep as in my area I would pay about 15gbp for the same but all good. Than ordered one morrocan tea pot requested three glasses but was told that we would only get two. Wow tea pot is still same size regardless of number of glasses so I didnt understand the fuss but never mind.Shisha wasnt as smooth infact very harsh on throat ciuld barely taste the apple , when tea arrived I requested sugar to be told that the tea pot already had sugar. Again shouldn’t it be upto me to put my own sugar???.Verdict there are better place out there perhaps not in that area but in east there are a few with much friendly service like basement shisha, 212 chadwell heath, arabian lounge …
