I made a point to order a burger over the phone, because I was in a rush. Upon arrival, my burger was sitting there ready. I asked to pay by card, and was told the delivery driver had taken the card machine so i would have to wait 10/15 mins. I explained i am in a rush and couldn’t do that, and additionally he wasn’t offering me the burger to eat while I waited. Then upon leaving the staff member looking like he is heavily on steroids decides to shout to me,…………. don’t call me again in anger!!! I hav no intention to call or ever visit the place agon, but just wanted to share the level of stupidity I experienced as all the other blogs on here.
I MADE AN ORDER LAST NIGHT AND THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER JUST DID NOT LISTEN I HAD TO KEEP GOING OVER MY ORDER AND AT THE END HE STILL GOT IT WRONG WHEN READING IT BACK TO ME ,SO I CORRECTED HIM AGAIN, BUT WHEN THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED IT WAS STILL WRONG ,THE DELIVERY MAN NEVER HAD ENOUGH CHANGE ON HIM TO GIVE ME MY CORRECT CHANGE,FOOD WAS CLOSE TO COLD,HARD CHICKEN,COLD HARD CHIPS,I PHONED KURKS AND THE SAME PERSON WHO TOOK THE ORDER ANSWERED AND WAS RUDE AND AGAIN DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN INSISTED HE WAS RIGHT AND PUT DOWN THE PHONE ,THEN KEPT PUTTING THE PHONE STRAIGHT DOWN ON ME,I ALSO HAVE HAD STRANGE SMELLING CHICKEN FROM HERE IN THE PAST AND WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.
Really awful service last time, topped off with food poisoning. Staff don’t seem to speak English or the same language as each other. They messed up my order 3 times. We made 2 visits and had one delivery to fulfill one order, meaning we got bits of our meal in dribs and drabs over the course of an hour. They would not recook the whole thing. Rather than apologise they spent ages arguing with each other while we waited for them to decide what to do. I don’t know if they sabotaged the food because they were upset with us, but that night, everybody who ate the last batch of food had really bad stomach cramps and er, let’s just say we all had to queue for the loo 🙁
