A horrible experience from start to finish that has continued into the week with abusive responses from the manager on Facebook to our reviews. You couldn’t pay me to go to this restaurant again.It was a hen party, which they knew when we first enquired about our booking, but we weren’t a rowdy hen party, we had the bride and grooms mother’s amongst our guests as well as their 12 year old niece so it wasn’t an inappropriate and ‘trashy’ meal like the manager has suggested in his comments.Upon arrival we were shown to two tables, not one as we’d been led to believe, and they weren’t even close enough together whereby we could interact with each other. When we expressed our views on how this wasn’t what we wanted we were simply told there was no way they could sit us all together despite seemingly having larger tables available.It got worse as the evening went on and starters were brought out for our guests who were late and left to go cold, the staff refused to warm these up!! Finally when our bill came we noticed a supplement. We hadn’t been told about this at any point between making the initial enquiry to sending in our food orders ahead of time. 10 minutes in a heated discussion with the manager before he reluctantly took this supplement off our bill.The manager of this place has a massive attitude problem and didn’t just speak down to us but also to his staff who seemed to be frightened of him. I just wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
