The service there was absolutely terrible, they charged me for something and I was under the impression it came with the meal and didn’t and when I said I wouldn’t have ordered it if it didn’t come with it they argued with me, especially the manager who was incredibly rude and forced me to pay the extra even though I wasn’t in the wrong. Obviously they care more about 50p than customer service which is disgusting.
I always find shopping very stressful and although Manchester is a lot more manageable than London, I still need a quiet place to seek refuge after visiting the madness that is TK Maxx. Caf Metro was the perfect spot to do this.It’s not the classiest joint around but if you know that beforehand, you won’t be disappointed with the standard of food, which is in fact rather average. There’s something about it that feels a little undiscovered too. No one tell the students about the ridiculously cheap prices here because they will ruin it for the rest of us!As I no longer live in Manchester, I’ve haven’t been there for a while, but from what I remember they do an ace hot chocolate and their chips are scrummy.Don’t come here and expect the world, but do enjoy a quiet little corner of it. syruptitiously.com
