Popped in for a coffee and cake, busy as usual, but service quick, staff very friendly and helpful ,great coffee, nice place to sit and relax
The lady and the Gentleman serving this morning (10:30 am) obviously hate their customers and have no interest in making them feel welcome. They need retraining in basic customer relations urgently.
Just had a vegetrian toastie served with the same tongs as the bacon sandwich. What was worst – the breach of food hygiene standards or the complete lack of apology from staff when i pointed this out. My last visit here ever.
Like the one near Albert Square and the one near Exchange Square. Always friendly service.Gluten free options are there, though I would like to see more choice.
