My payment was processed but I have not received the food!!! I spoke to ‘the manager’ one hour after making the order and he said they have not received the order despite receiving a confirmation email that my order was accepted and the payment was done; my online banking also shows the transaction. I was also tracking my order on their website! ‘The manager’ was VERY rude and impolite and asked me to follow up with the company that handles their website instead of doing this himself. And when asked to handle the issue himslef he refused! Add to this, he hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. It is not about the money at all; if he was only polite on the phone I would not have even bothered writing a review.
We always order food for delivery…never been there in the restaurant. Grilled peri peri chicken is my favourite and their fries. Chicken was well grilled with mild spice masala .Tried chicken briyani once but it was not upto the mark.
Very nice outlet for Indian cuisine – just love the rice curry combo, an extremely handy place for a quick lunch around the Picadilly area – have been visiting it quite regularly
