Recommended by my sister who frequently goes to Mowgli in Liverpool. Wow, it was great, the cocktails were delicious, and the staff (Alice) was polite and knowledgeable. Definitely would be back when next in Manchester.

Been to Mowgli in Liverpool and enjoyed it. Hence, wanted to try it in Manchester as well. Went with family. The cocktail and the rose & cardamom lassi was unique and awesome. Ordered the Tamarind fries which was bit sweet and some heat would have been great. Kids enjoyed the chat bombs. Ordered one hindu tiffin, mowgli paneer, puri and chapatis. The Mowgli paneer gave a bit of tangy taste. Hindu tiffin had rice, dahl, chickpeas and tangy potato. The green ginger and rhubarb dahl was also bit sweet which is not according to my taste. Loved the chickpeas. One good thing in all the dishes was that all of them appeared to have very less oil. In summary, I felt that my experience and food was better in Liverpool compared to Manchester. Love the ambience. The drinks are unique but food could be improved.
