Before we moved in, this place used to be an old off-licence. But we have transformed it into one of the top coffee spots in town. We're serving up seriously good coffee and brunch, come rain or shine. Come the evening, we transform again. By Night, we flip, turning the shop into your local cocktail joint, shaking and stirring banging cocktails for Manchester's finest. Over Under is a collection of small specialised coffee shops that transform into cocktail bars by night; opening early, closing late, always good vibes. Weve designed each individual location to completely transform from day to night. Turning down the lights and pumping up the music isnt enough. We create two completely different environments in one location, operating 18 hours a day. Tables are flipped, walls rotate on hinges, coffee equipment vanishes, and all notion of daytime disappears as we head into evening drinks.
