This place is definitely one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to. Basically nothing is edible here. I went with my friend whilst we were in Manchester, as the place from the outside as well as the idea of an international buffet seemed appealing, so we gave in and went inside. Should have expected that it was too good to be true, and it was! Everything was stale and nothing was tasty. There was a lot of food, so we were trying everything to find a good thing to eat but unfortunately we could not. Ended up wasting/throwing away a lot of food. Even the desert section was horrible, the cream on some deserts was stained and crusted in a nasty way. I think this place must be investigated for health safety issues. No joke.
Visited on a weekday afternoon. I went arnd 4. Maybe that was the reason that many items were unavailable. But, if it is open all day, all food items should also be available. Next, there were not many vegetarian options. I had a spaghetti in cream sauce from the live station. It lacked seasoning and I had to add salt separately. Veg hakka noodles were ok. Onion bhaji was nice. Dessert was just ok. Expected much more but came away still hungry.
A bunch of us visited the place on a weekend, for dinner. While the decor is good, the food itself was a huge put off!For starters, it was cold. Plus the meat seemed a little stale. The choices were huge, but almost all had the same flaw. Not a place I’ll be visiting again.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon after hearing good word of mouth about Peachy’s. International buffet with dishes from Asia, India, Mexico and Italy to name but a few. The food was average but the service was very good. There was a limited choice of grilled meats with the cooking station advertising steak and peri peri chicken amongst others however when I requested chicken I was told there was only lamb. It’s not the best buffet in Manchester but it’s a long way from the worst.
