I have been to the bridge tavern on Subday, to try their Sunday Roast. The ambient is very cosy and the staff extremely friendly and polite. The prices are within the average, but the quality and portions are their strength! A wonderfully presented roast, well cooked, at the perfect temperature. Served with a wide range of side dishes spanning from pees, roasted potatoes, cauliflowers in gratin, carrots, mixed steamed vegs, smashed potatoes.. On the top, a massive yorkshire pudding and loads of tasty and perfect gravy. Absolutely gorgeous and especially delicious! This place is highly recommended.
