I visited marketplace today with two young children wanting a lasagne, the man serving told me that one was a vegetarian option and the other was a beef lasagne which is what we wanted. When we sat down to eat I realised that the lasagne was full of chips inside, which I thought was rather strange? I taken the lasagne back to the counter and asked why it had chips inside! The man told me that he said it was a chip and beef lasagne, I explained that he stated it was beef with no mention of chips and said that I would never ever of chosen a chip lasagne if he told me this description. I asked if I could swap the item or get a refund, his reply was simply NO !!! Terrible food and customer service.
